Terms of service

Last updated 2026-08-16 · Using hform means agreeing to these terms. They're short on purpose.

What hform is

A form builder (free, no account needed) and a form handling service: we receive your form's messages, store them safely, email them to you, and let you browse and export them. Forms can live embedded on your site or on their own hform page.

Your account

Sign-in is by email link — there is no password. Whoever controls your email mailbox controls your hform account, so protect it accordingly.

What you may not use hform for

We may pause or remove forms that break these rules, and close accounts for serious or repeated abuse. Anyone can report a form via the contact form.

Plans and limits

Each plan has monthly message quotas, form counts and retention periods, shown at the point of use. The numbers are starting values and may be tuned over time; meaningful changes are announced on this page and, for paying customers, by email. Paid plans (via Stripe) can be cancelled anytime. Cancelling stops future charges — your plan and your forms keep working exactly as before until the period you've paid for ends, and your account then continues on the free plan. Payments are not refunded. By starting a paid plan you agree that the service begins immediately, and (for EU consumers) that this waives the 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases.

The honest fine print

hform is provided as-is, run with care but without a formal uptime guarantee. To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months. You can leave whenever you like — export your messages first, and consider your forms' addresses retired.

Governing law

Swedish law, Swedish courts.
